10 World’s Most Cruel Leaders In Human History

Here's a list of most cruel leaders in human history. These persons are so cruel  when leading their country or kingdom. They make policies that make many people miserable and killed many of them. Hopefully no more leaders like them in the futureHere is the list:

10. Atilla The Hunt

Attila was King of the Huns from 434 until his death in 453. He is the leader of Hunnic Empire that stretched from Germany to the Ural River and from the Danube River to the Baltic Sea. In the most part of Western Europe, he was remembered as an example of cruelty and greed. The campaign failed in Persia in 441 followed by the invasion of theEastern Roman Empire, the success of which encouraged Attila to invade the West. He passed in Austria and Germany unhindered, across the Rhine to the Gael, he was seized and destroyed all the people on the street with the ferocity that is not measurable and barbaric while forcing them to become soldiers to add his huge army. Attila died because of drowned in his own blood on his wedding night.

9. Maximilien Robespierre

Maximilien Robespierre was a leader of the French revolution and his argument that makes the revolutionary government kill the king without any trial. Robespierre was a main actor behind the cruel government, 10 months post-revolutionary since he caused terror and mass executions. The terror was threatening between 18,500 to 40,000 people, with 1900 killed in the last month. Among those sentenced by revolutionary courts, approximately 8 percent were of nobles, clergy as much as 6 percent, the middle class as much as 14 percent, and the remaining 70 percent of the employee or laborer accused of hoarding, refusing conscription, desertion, rebellion, and others claimed crime.
For his actions, Robespierre was beheaded without any trial in 1794.

8. Ruhollah Khomeini

Ayatollah Khomeini was the leader of the Islamic religion of Iran from 1979 until 1989. At that time he was implementing the Islamic Sharia (religious law-Islamiyya) with the Islamic dress code applies to both men and women by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards and other Islamic groups. Opposition to regulation or religious scholars of Islam generally more frequently encountered with harsh punishment.

In a conversation in Fayzieah School in Qom, August 30, 1979, Khomeini said:

"Who's trying to bring corruption and destruction to our country in the name of democracy will suffer. They are worse than the Jews of Banu-Ghorizeh, and they should be hanged. We will torture them on the orders of God and God's call to prayer."

In the 1988 genocide Iranian prisoners, following the operation-e Javidan Forugh mujahideen fighters against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Khomeini ordered the court officials to judge every Iranian political prisoner and kill all who do not repent from anti-regime activity. Many say that thousands are killed quickly in prison. Biographies of  Ayatollah Hossein-Ali Montazeri report the details of the execution of 30,000 political activists. After eleven days in hospital in the operation to stop internal bleeding, Khomeini died of cancer on Saturday, Juni 04, 1989, at the age of 86 years.

7. Idi Amin Dada

Idi Amin was an army officer and president of Uganda.He took power in a military coup in January 1971, lowered Milton Obote. His reign was marked by human rights violations, political repression, ethnic persecution, extra-murder trial and expulsion of Indians from Uganda. The number of people killed by an unknown regime; estimates vary from 80,000 to 500,000.
On August 4, 1972, Amin issued a decree ordering the expulsion of 60.000 Asians that is not Ugandan citizens (most of them contain a British passport). This was later revised to include 80.000 asian people, with the exception of professionals, like doctors, lawyers and teachers.
Amin finally overthrown, but until his death, he still sait that Uganda needed him and he never expressed remorse for the abuse of his regime.

6. Leopold II of Belgium

Leopold II was King of Belgium from 1865-1909.
With financial assistance from the government, Leopold create "Congo Free State", a private project undertaken to extract rubber and ivory in the Congo central Africa, which relies on forced labor and caused the death of about 3 million people of Congo.
Regime of the Congo Free State became an international notorious scandal of century turn. Part of land privately owned by the King is 76 times larger than Belgium, which he mastered as a free private sphere through his personal army, Force Publique. Leopold's Rubber plantation workers torture, maim and massacre cruelly until the end of the century.Because of the conscience of the Western World, Brussels force to a halt.

5. Pol Pot

Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge and the Prime Minister of Cambodia from 1976 until 1979, was the de facto leader since mid 1975.
During his reign, Pol Pot forced extreme version of agrarian communism where all the town people moved to the countryside to work in plantations and collective labor projects. The combined effect of slave labor, malnutrition, poor medical Care and implementation are estimate have killed about 2 million Cambodians (about a third of the population). Regime achieved special notoriety for selecting all the intellectuals and the "bourgeois enemies" for murder.
Khmer Rouge mass executions in the place known as "Field of Murder". The executed were buried in mass graves.
To save ammunition, executions are often carried out using a hammer, ax handles, spades or sharpened bamboo sticks.

Vlad III Romania was the Prince of Wallachia from the year 1448 until the year 1476. Vlad is best known as a legend such cruel punishment. List of torture he was found to have employed extensive: nails on the head, cut off limbs, blinding, strangulation, burning, cutting noses and ears, cutting sexual organs (especially in the case of women), scalping, skinning, exposure to the elements or to animals, and boil human alive. There are claims that on several occasions ten thousand people had been stabbed in the year 1460.

3. Ivan IV of Russia

Ivan IV of Russia, also known as Ivan the Terrible, Is the Duke of Muscovy from 1533 to 1547, was the first ruler of Russia who took the rights of the Emperor.
In 1570, Ivan was planned by the elite of the city of Novgorod to cross into Poland, and sent an army to stop them on January 2. Ivan's army  build a wall around the city perimeter to prevent the city apart. Between 500 to 1000 people gathered every day by the troops, then tortured and killed in front of Ivan and his son.
In 1581, Ivan beat his daughter-in-law for wearing indecent clothes, causing a miscarriage. His son, also named Ivan, argue with his father. Caused Ivan hit him on the head with sharp stick, and his son were killed instantly.

2. Adolf Hitler

Adolf Hitler was appointed as German chancellor in 1933, and become the "Fuhrer" in 1934 until his suicide in 1945. At the end of World War 2,Policies territorial conquest and the extermination of racial been brought death and torture millions of people, including the massacre of some six million Jews now known as the Holocaust.
On 30 April 1945, after fighting street to street, when Soviet troops appear nearly, Hitler committed suicide, shot himself with biting cyanide capsule.

1. Josef Stalin

Stalin was General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union's Central Committee from 1922 until his death in 1953. Under the leadership of Stalin, the State of Ukraine suffered a very great famine (Holodomor), by most people this is considered a result of mass extermination as part of the government policy of Stalin. Estimated number of deaths varied from 2.5 million to 10 million. Famine caused by the political and administrative decisions.
Besides famine, Stalin ordered the cleaning of the Soviet Union any person who was considered as enemy state.
In total, the estimated number who were killed under Stalin range from 10 million to 60 million people.
