Legendary musician Billy Joel has publicly condemned the upcoming biopic 'Billy and Me,' refusing to grant music or life rights. His representative stated the project is 'legally and professionally misguided.' The film, however, claims it's an intimate origin story focusing on Joel's early manager, Irwin Mazur, and not reliant on his hit songs.
