Beyonce working on new material - 2008-05-02 Beyonce Knowles has retuned to the studio to wok on a new material, according to reports. The newly wed songstress is said to be planning her third album in a New York studio, and duo Chris 'Tricky' Stewart and Kuk Harrell are involved in the production of it. Tricky said, "She's a professional. She loves what she does and works her butt off. Right now she's basically doing three to four songs a day and that's unheard of." Tricky also said that Beyonce might make a duo with her husband rapper Jay-Z. It's always a possibility. They worked together before, so it may be just a matter of getting the right record," he told the press. Model-turned-actor Freida Pinto has continued the winning streak for her debut movie 'Slumdog Millionaire' by bagging the best actress prize at the Elle Style Awards. Pinto was awarded Monday night (Feb.09) that followed the seven British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards given to the film on Sunday. About Freida Pinto :- Freida Pinto born in October 18, 1984, is an Indian actress and professional model, known for her performance as Latika in her debut film 'Slumdog Millionaire' (2008-09), for which she has won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture and has been nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. Freida Pinto was born in Mumbai to Sylvia Pinto, now a principal of St. John's Universal High School, Goregaon, and her Father Frederick Pinto, a senior branch manager at the Bank of Baroda. Her family hails from the Mangalorean Catholic community, a Christian community in Bombay. Her Father Frederick was born in Neerude and Mother Sylvia in Derebail, both towns in Mangalore. Her elder sister Sharon Pinto is an associate producer on the NDTV news channel. Pinto completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. She currently resides in the Malad suburb of Mumbai.
