He has leveled serious allegations of a payoff to the Narcotics Control Bureau and Sam D’Souza’s name has also cropped up. The affidavit by Prabhakar Sail cited a meeting between Shah Ruk Khan's manager Poooja Dadlani, KP Gosavi and one Sam D'Souza in the wee hours of October 3 in Lower Parel. It also mentioned a payment of Rs 8 crore that had to be made to NCB’s Zonal director Sameer Wankhede.

Aryan denies connection with Prabhakar Sail
Aryan Khan’s lawyers have filed a written submission to the Bombay High Court in reply to an affidavit received by them in relation to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and their panch Prabhakar Sail. In the said submission Aryan has denied any and all connections with Sail and also affirmed that he did not consume or possess any drugs when he was detained by NCB officials at the cruise terminal in Mumbai.
