Fashion designer Manish Malhotra is set to make his directorial debut with a biopic on Indian cinema icon Meena Kumari. Reports suggest that Kriti Sanon will play the lead role in the film which is currently in the scripting stage. Meena Kumari acted in over 90 films before dying at 38 of cirrhosis of the liver.
