When Akshay was rejected from Aamir's film

Akshay Kumar is currently one of the busiest actors in B-Town and he has earned this position after years of dedication, hard work and rejections! During his initial years in Bollywood, Akshay had auditioned for the role of a villain in Aamir Khan starrer ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’. At that time Akshay had only done a couple of films like ‘Saugandh’ and ‘Dancer’. When he auditioned for Mansoor Khan directed ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’, he was rejected for the part of Shekhar Malhotra, the film’s antagonist. Interestingly, Akshay went on to deliver his career’s iconic hit ‘Khiladi’, which released a month after Aamir Khan’s ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’.
