On Friday the Delhi High court dismissed actor Juhi Chawla’s plea against setting up of 5G network in India. Terming the lawsuit ‘defective’ and done for ‘media publicity’ the court has now imposed a fine of Rs 20 lakhs on the plaintiffs for ‘abusing the process of law’.

HC: Juhi Chawla's lawsuit is defective
On Friday the Delhi High court dismissed actor Juhi Chawla’s plea against setting up of 5G network in India. Terming the lawsuit ‘defective’ and done for ‘media publicity’ the court has now imposed a fine of Rs 20 lakhs on the plaintiffs for ‘abusing the process of law’.
